John Simmons of JD Simmons was who I worked with on my own home. He has the patience of a saint and is willing to go above and beyond...all the time. He has a creative eye as well, and is good with assessing a strategy. What also gave me confidence in him was that he is a 3rd generation craftsman and highly educated. The way he was taught was from and era of detailed craftsmanship, not over developed one plan tracks.  My husband and I got along with him equally well, and he delegated and managed the other trades well.  My house now...is beautiful and we LOVE it.

John built our deck almost three years ago. Due to the great craftsmanship and materials the deck looks like new. Even though is a simple rectangular deck (9 by 30), John’s attention to details has made it a minimalist work of art and functionality. He not only designed the layout, very important given the four accesses, two from sliding doors, kitchen and dining area and two down steps to the pool and covered patio area, but also designed and built the pergola that covers the deck. His work speaks by itself. Everybody that visits us prays the deck, functionality and design. Lastly but more important than anything else is that John is a true professional deeply committed to what he does and with a demeanor and work ethics that flushes out all the stress that home renovations projects bring into the table.
